Terms and Conditions
At Sacred by Design, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and providing high quality products. Before your purchases are shipped, we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns or refunds for incorrect ordering or simply changing your mind. If you feel your item is faulty or incorrectly supplied please contact us at email@example.com for a return approval form within 7 days of receiving the goods. Bear in mind that our handmade items are not factory-line perfect and every design will have handmade tell-tale signs.
Once items arrive back to us they will be assessed before any refunds are processed. Goods must be returned to us in original condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any item not returned in original condition. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Return shipping will not be refunded or credited when it is deemed that the product is not faulty or incorrectly supplied. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods make it to our address supplied on the return form. Any items lost in the post are not our responsibility.
All pricing is in Australian (AUD). Sacred by Design reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
We only deliver within Australia at the moment.
All packages are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Please ensure you provide a contact number and the correct delivery address in order to receive your package.
If your details are incorrect we cannot be responsible for the loss of any packages. We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
We have a flat rate shipping of $9.90 anywhere within Australia.
All purchases will be shipped to the purchaser between 1 - 2 working days of placing the order. If your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period delays may be experienced. Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. They will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
Once your goodies leave us they are in the hands of Australia Post. Therefore delivery times will vary depending on your location. Generally delivery is between 2 - 7 working days but please refer to the Australia Post website for specific delivery timeframes for your location.
We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other events beyond our control.
Cancellation of orders
As we endeavour to ship your purchases between 1 - 2 working days of placing the order, we will only accept a cancellation by you If we receive written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been dispatched.
Fear not, Sacred by Design will not be passing on your personal details to any third parties. We know that keeping your personal information private is very important and we do this responsibly and in accordance with Australian law. We only use your details to keep you up to date of what's going on to complete a purchase.
No credit card details are stored by Sacred by Design. All credit card transactions are processed using PayPal, who use industry leading technology (such as SSL - Secure Sockets Layer protocol) to keep you information safe.
Testimonials may be published on our website only with your permission. Your first name and state of residence will be included where given.
As a Sacred by Design subscriber when you sign up to our email newsletter you are agreeing to receive our newsletters until such time as you unsubscribe or notify us in writing.
