All packages are sent via Australia Post Parcel service.
Please ensure you provide a contact number and the correct delivery address in order to receive your package. If your details are incorrect we cannot be responsible for the loss of any package.
We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
All purchased will be shipped to the purchaser between 1 – 2 workings days of placing the order. If you order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period, delays may be experienced. Orders will not be dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or national public holidays. They will be processed and dispatched the following day.
Once your goods leave us they are in the hands of Australia Post. Therefore delivery times will vary depending on your location. Generally delivery within Australia is between 2 – 7 working days but please refer to the Australia Post website for specific delivery timeframes for your location.
Please let us know immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order if damaged, incorrect or contains items which were not ordered. All our products are checked for quality before packing, however we urge you to also inspect all the items in your shipment carefully on arrival. Items not reported to us within this time frame cannot be accepted for return and replacement or refund unless due to extraordinary circumstances. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item sent product, please ensure that you contact us by email first at email@example.com explaining the quality issue prior to returning it – ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging.
How to return
- Send the item back to us with a tracking number. Please ensure you hold on to the tracking number to ensure a safe return. Expenses associated with postage will only be refunded on faulty or incorrect item sent.
- Included the following items in your satchel:
· The items you wish to return/exchange
· The Sacred by Design invoice
Once your package is received by Sacred by Design your faulty or incorrect item sent will be exchanged or refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account which was used to purchase your Sacred by Design items.
Please note Sacred by Design cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep the tracking number safe!
